You will be sent a soft copy proof before print production begins. Please review your proof and ensure that your name and contact information are displayed correctly on the product. Check for any typos, spelling mistakes or punctuation errors. Once you have approved the proof, your product enters into print production and we are no longer able to make any additional changes.
Once print production has completed, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for shipping.
By approving your soft copy proof, you agree that you have reviewed your name and contact information on the product and have found it to be free of any typos, spelling mistakes or punctuation errors. We will not issue a refund for any of the aforementioned issues once your item has been printed.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue in a timely manner.
